Title: Error when i try to retrieve registration code? at the page

i have tried several times to retrieve my registration code but the page will not work. i know my email and still its not working. how do u get help on this? cant call this sucks.. cant look up my name either . i am so pissed off.  I will not recomend tis software unless this can be resolved fast.

Take a deep breath and then explain more, please.  Describe what you're doing and what happens.

And drop the hostility if you want help.

If you don't have a version 8 license, the web page won't work. It is ONLY for version 8 licenses. If you have a version 7 license (which works with version 8), you must restore from your backup.
