Title: Ctrl+W Bug?

I've been meaning to post about this for ages. On the search bar drop down menu, it says that Ctrl+W should open up the Search Wizard. When I actually press Ctrl+W I get a Confirm Close Program message box instead.
If I press Ctrl+F then Ctrl+W, it does open up the search wizard, but this seems strange to me.
Should Ctrl+W work while anything outside of the search box is selected in the GUI?
