When I import the library from the NAS I have, the music of HDTracks Flac format goes all right.
When I import CDs ripped with the same program (gives me the same problem with the Wav is not compressed with FLAC) import occurs without problem but when I go to the library I see a single folder with the text and not assigned to I find it all inside the library.
Although I did export tracks list (xml), or save library (backup) and try to restore the result is always the same.
Before I had the library (1000 CDs) on the HDD of your PC and then I decided to transfer it to the NAS and all of these problems have arisen.
Do you have any advice on how to solve the problem.

When you import, are you importing the directories that contain the FLAC files? Verify that they are there.
