Is the text in the tool-tip popup editable? As in is it possible to change what appears here and how? If not... this would be a great addition.

no, its not editable.  :-[

and yes i agree, it should be editable. i always find the info in there a bit funny and oft useless.. for example: rating for images but not for audio ?
