I read somewhere that v16 had a new feature to view artist images (I upgraded from v15). I see an option to 'get artist's image from last.fm', however I don't see anyway to view them.
Thoughts?

They're used automatically in artist thumbnail views. For example, Audio > Artists in Standard View. They're also used in Theater View and even on your Android with Gizmo when looking at a list of artists.

What happens if you right click on Amy Grant, and do an artist image lookup?
Does restarting the program make any difference?
If not, what is your setting for Options > File Location > Cover Art? Do you see an artist subfolder there with images in it?

Does it store the artist images in the cover art directory? I asked because I'm pretty religious about getting the cover art right.

I should just looked in the folder you mentioned. Of course its all there...
Aside, I selected 'Multiple Artists' in the view and selected to get artist images from last.fm; there are 10000s of artists in there. I attempted to cancel it, the cancel button changed to disabled, however it kept on searching for images (had to end task to get it to stop).

Options > File Location > Cover Art?
In same folder as the file (as Folder.jpg)
but the artist images are stored in
C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 17\Cover Art
Is that correct?
