Title: Playlists missing after upgrade from Media Center 15 to 17

Hello.

I recently downloaded and Installed Media Center 17.  It did not migrate the library from MC 15. 
I had to rebuild the library and none of my playlist were found.  How do I get the playlist back?

I noticed I now have both MC 15 and MC 17 on the PC.
I had used the upgrade link provided in a recent email to download and install MC 17.  Should I have installed MC 17 using a different method?

You can back up your library from MC15 and restore it in MC17.  You should get your settings and playlists.

You can uninstall MC15 whenever you are happy with MC17.

During the migration from MC16 to 17 I lost my playlists.

I can recover them using an October backup unfortunately this library is out of date.

Is there some way I can recover them and import into my updated library?
