Title: Saying Goodbye

We had to say goodbye to a good friend of thirteen years yesterday.  She was beautiful and soft and full of love.  I will miss her terribly.

Very sorry glynor. We went through that twice this past year. Our cats are like members of the family.

i feel for you.  sorry for your loss.

I lost my 15 and 17 year old cats (brother and sister) about 18 months apart.  They were old and lived a great life but it was still devastating.

If this was your only pet my advice is to enjoy life less complicated for a bit....

Thanks everyone for the kind words.

It was very tough, and sad, and unexpected.  But, at least she isn't suffering, and she wasn't scared.  She was a very good girl.  Never did anything bad, ever (which is a lot more than I can say for the other cat and the dog).

she looks like a nice cat. and 13 is to young to die for such a cat.  :(

she looked like one of my cats we called "mama kiddie" she ended up going blind, and could not walk straight, she was 18 years old when she passed.
