I am use to see the tiny bars running up and down on both side of the screen.
Somehow I accidentally turn it off and now even with it turn on.. i cannot see it.
you see, I am used to switching between headphone and desktop speaker..
With tat spectrun analyser.. I can tell there is music playing..
But now it wont show..
Been trying for sometimes, I know there must be something that I did not do..
Can some one lend a helping hand and tell me how to turn it back on.

Right-click in the player area and make sure there's a check next to 'Show Spectrum Analyzer'.
Also, they auto-hide if you made the window too narrow. Try maximizing.

I did had the "show Spectrum Analyser" checked..
I just found out this..
playing my flac file... no analyser appearing..
when playing aif files ... spectrum analyser appeared..
didn't notice this...
Does this happened to you guys out there???
Would appreciate if you guys checked..
just wondering, is this cause by my file or a bug??

Make sure you have all file types set to 'Automatic' in Options > File Types. The behavior you're describing is what happens when a file type is played outside our audio engine (with the WMP, QT, etc. engines).
