Title: Device Not Showing Up? Any Help Appreciated!

iPhone 3Gs with IOS5 installed. Its not appearing under Drives & Devices. Any ideas what to do to get it to appear?

Also I've tried an HTC Wildfire S and this doesn't show up in Devices either. Any thoughts?

14 Days, 36 Views and nothing. Not good for me - software inoperable with mobile.

Any takers? Maybe support want to do their job since there is no support contact form.

Newer ipods and iPhones won't work.  Please read more on the iPod board here.
