Title: Feature Request: Editable Track Info tooltip

I posted about this once before asking if it was editable only I wasn't sure what it was called. A couple people replied stating no it was not but they wished it were too. I since found where the option to turn this on and off is (options>Tree & View). Since I know know what it is called, I'd like to properly ask for it to be editable. :-)

Could you please make the Track Info Tooltip editable.

Would love to be able to decide what fields show here and some basic html (as was done with the thumbnail text change in .28)

Please make this editable.
