A couple of days ago, I installed Windows 7 on my PC (used to have Vista). I thought I had done every backup to EDs correctly, but, unfortuneately I forgot to check that the backups had been sucessful. So it appeared that the AppData folder wasn't there at all. `(Yeah, I know . . . . . . . . . . . )
The library though, was stored on an external HardDisk, and I thought it would be a simple matter to import it from there, although settings and playlists would be gone. The files were imported, but quite a few (most) of them will show [Varies] in Artists, Album and Filename columns. Is there a simple way to restore this?
