You must tag all your audio files with lyrics (use free tools which do that like Foobar with lyrics plugin) and then add the lyric tag in Options > Theatre View > Appearance > Customize file info panel... Select the Audio template, add [Lyrics], and indicate how/where you would like it displayed.
