Title: MP3 files not burnable to wav or data file.

Upon saving my mp3's to data or to wav file, noticed some of these mp3's won't go. After downloading these mp3 files I save as data to cd. That's when I noticed some of these won't go. Also tried to burn these same mp3 files, and they werent recordable either. Why?
