Title: Feature request: Automatic 10s rewind on video pause or playback start

I learned to appreciate a feature of my old SONY BD player - it rewinded about 10s every time playback started after pause or stop.

I would really like to see this feature in MC, preferably configurable (e.g. user setting for how many seconds, with 0s as default).

Left arrow on your remote or keyboard will do that.

I know, my request came up because it would be nice if that happened automatically. But I can see that there is not much trouble to rewind the old fashioned way.
