Title: Trying to get JR MC17 to open up videos maximised ...

can anyone help at all please?  I love JR MC17 - but can't get on with the inbuilt organisation of videos/music etc - so I'm using Mediabrowser with JR MC17 set as an external player

allworks fine - except videos open up in MC17 not fullscreen ....

I've tried adding the mode to the command line within MediaBrowser to open MC17 as full screen

but when I do that MC17 opens up full screen but doesn't play the video ...

any ideas please?

In MC's options, try the settings under General/Behavior.

superstar - I hadn't spotted those options :)

in there was an option for opening up videos when triggered by 3rd party software in a window - that was ticked by default

unticked it - and voila they are now opening up maximised
