Title: Listing and playing Blu-ray titles?

How does one list and play Blu-ray titles from either an actual disc or rips? I've seen it specified as feature but cannot manage to do it.

You can right click and select "Title" to get a list of the titles.
You can use the down arrow or button while playing to access the Title menu.
When the Blu-ray is finished with the current title, the title menu should appear.

All of this is with a mouse. Do you know if it's possible in Theater View with a Media Center Remote Control only?

The 2nd option I listed is done with the down arrow/button on the remote.
