This is the second time ive emailed to that screen name for help with my regfile. Its been a week now since i sent the second one and still no response. Can someone please help me here.

Hi Jared. John Gateley forwarded your message to me and I emailed you on the 14th. It was a "hotmail.com" address, is that the right one? Anyway, here's the content of the email:

Is the rrg file called "MediaJukebox8.rrg"? If so, you should have received an email with a registration number to use when restoring this license. If you didn't get the email, let me know.
If the rrg file is called "MediaJukebox7.rrg", then the restore should work. Please email me the rrg file you have and I'll take a look at it.

Ok i finally realized that there was some sort of problem with my junkmail filter...sorry guys...anyway i sent that file that you requested John. It should be in your inbox waiting for retrieval.
