Title: File Not Found? :(

When trying to convert songs from cds to mp3 format, it says file is not found, but im still able to play the songs and it looks like the jukebox recognizes the cd.  If anyone can help that would be great

Please see the FAQ here on ripping.  If you have version 8.0, try also the Help in MJ.

what file?

1. try re-downloading the encoder (see if this works first)
2. re-install MJ
