Title: "please wait" pop up window no refreshed

It is not really a bug but it is a little bit annoying: when I applied a property modification on a lot of files selected, the "please wait" window counts 1.. 2.. 3.. 4.. sometimes a little more and it freezes until the end of the operation. When the operation is very long (thousands files selected) there is no way to estimate the remaining time.

I can live with that though !

If you have 8.0.275, will you please copy and paste to the bug thread on 275?  If not, can you try the latest?
