Another problem. Today I turned on another PC and brought up the program and found little orange 'x's at the far left of every file name...? When I go to play I get an error...if I try to restore the library, I get the same thing...what is this and how does one fix it??

It means MC can no longer find the files.
Probably your drive letter has changed, so MC no longer finds the files located where they were.
Either change the drive letter back, or
Select all your files and use MC's Rename, Move & Copy Files to update the location of the files. Select Update database to point to new location (no file rename, move or copy). Select the Find & Replace checkbox, uncheck the others.

I checked the find and replace and hit OK yet nothing happened...was I supposed to insert something in the two boxes under 'find and replace'?
Remember, I have no idea why the program misplaced all my music.

MC wouldn't have moved these - Windows changes drive letters when necessary.
Look at a track in MC. Expand the file list so you can see the individual tracks. Hold your mouse over a track, and look at the path. Does the drive letter match the actual drive letter in Windows?
If your paths in MC are, say M: and you want them to be Z, here's what you'd do:
