Title: Output mode issues

Help, again I have a problem...The player, now that I have my library set up, refuses to play music. In the 'output mode' screen it reads 'kernel streaming' and gives me no other options. In settings, 'DSP and output format', the DSP window opens into a tiny image that cannot be read or maximized. How do I fix this??

I downloaded version 17 and the problem went away...now how do I pay for the upgrade??

Might I add that this has proven to be the best forum I have found for resolving issues for a newbie like me...
