Title: How do I use Gooroomp++ ?

I'm looking to add embeded lyrics into some of my FLAC rips. This pluggin looks like it wilkl do that. I added and downloaded the plugin into MC 17, but I don't see it any where.

What are my options and how to use this plug-in?

That's not what it does. It displays the lyrics in the playing now screen (when you select it as a trackinfo template). It will display them from a few different sources as well as the embeded ones in your flac file (if you already have embeded lyrics).
