Title: send ir twice to trigger action

I am using UIRT as my ir receiver on a Win7(64 bit) PC. In order to get my commands to fire I have to push a botton twice on my remote. I have tried deleting and relearning to the commands, as well as, learning the commands from an different remote. Any other suggestions?

I have a very similar setup in my family room. The only difference is that PC is a WinXP Pro. ?
