I've ben trying to stream a video from my house all weekend while I've been out of town, but I can only get a couple of seconds, then a short pause, then a couple more seconds of video, ad infinitum. It's not made any difference if I've been connected via 3g, 4g, or wifi, it all stuttered the same, which seems to indicate it's an issue with serving, not bandwidth.
If feels so close, but it's just not usable this way. Is this something I can fix on my server, or does this need to be fixed in the program?
