Title: mp3 encoder not loading

When I select the mp3 encoder in the encoder options the information widow pops up with "There was a problem loading the selected ecoder....." .  thoughts?  -  Bill

Has it worked before?

On first use MC downloads the MP3 encoder components. Could a firewall prevent that?

No.  hasn't worked yet.  and I'm having trouble burning cd's.  Maybe I just need to download the whole program again.  I don't have a firewall so that's out.
