Title: Media Center 16.0.181 Locks up when I go to Tools - Options [Solved]

I've been using Media Center for quite some time now.  I believe I started with version 9 or 10.  This is the first time in a long time that I've had a problem where I need some assistance.  My problem is very simple and easy to recreate.  Every time I attempt to go into 'Tools', 'Options' the program locks up.

I'm not quite sure how to troubleshot this and would appreciate some assistance from anyone who may have had a similar issue or has ideas on where to start.

Resolved this problem.

'Options' window was opening on my second window, my hdtv, which of course isn't normally on.

Whoops.
