Title: can not use help menu On MC 16

I can not access help menu on MC16

here is the message i got

 "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the default Programs control panel"

 tried to re-install the program, does not help

That's very strange.  Anything on the Help menu?  Or just Help itself?

Did you download from our site?

This happens if you don't have a browser set to handle http://.

We don't know how this happens.  Did you recently uninstall a web browser?

Installing your favorite browser again normally fixes it.

just uninstall Google Chrome and it does solve the problem. will try to re-intall chrome and see if the same problem still occur

just re-install Chrome and everything work fine now
