Title: [Feature request] add additional check box to MC didn't shut down cleanly

Most of the times when I ever had to terminate the MC process it is because it is stuck on something it is attempting to play.

When it starts back up, it once again attempts to start playing.  It can take upwards to 20-30 restarts before I can get a 1/2 second of control to stop the playback.

It would be very useful if the "MC didn't shutdown cleanly and so it is being started with default everything" dialog included an option to not start playback.

Is it an option to start playing on startup?  Cause MC doesn't do that for me...

Sure.  Options, Start Up options, Start playing current playlist

This picks up where ever you left off.  Super handy 99.999% of the time.  Especially with music.

Big problem if you bump into something MC chokes on.
