Title: Invalid License

I purchased Media Jukebox today but the system refused to accept my email address. I entered a different email and it worked - then I rec'd 2 emails confirming the purchase! However, the  registration refused - Error installing Media Jukebox license; Invalid license. How do I get round this?

Have you read the FAQ on License problems?  Under help above, then choose the link at the top of the page.

Hi Terry,

Your credit card has only been charged once.

Try going to the restore page ( https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi )
and restoring.

Please send me via email (gateley @ jriver.com) all the detail you can think of - I don't have enough info to figure out what is going on.
