Title: Moving Cover Art To Be Stored Next to File

Now that all cover art is stored next to the file - is there a way to move existing cover art to reflect this structure?

Highlight all video and select 'save coverart to external location specified in options'

MC saves all the jpg's with the new naming conventions and leaves the old ones there too.
