Title: Video Freezes on second monitor when switched to fullscreen program.

I am having a problem with Media Center 16/17. Tried both with same results. I have 2 screens and I put J River on my second screen and play a video however when opening a full screen program/video game on my main display, the video freezes but the audio continues. I use Red October Standard but I've tried the High Quality one and the custom setting with no avail, the video still freezes. I want to avoid playing games in windowed mode on my main screen.

It there a setting or option that would keep the video playing while in a full screen game? I've searched the forums and haven't found anything useful.
