Is there a way to toggle the above mentioned?

In the rules wizard, click to the left or the right of each rule and symbols start to appear

Just click outside the rules and the AND/OR symbols appear.

Alternatively you can click the import button and write the rules yourself, eg

([Artist]=[Yes] or [Artist]=[Pink Floyd])
