Title: MC registration

Hi, I bought JRiver MC17 through Paypal, got your email with Registration Code and Install Key. Email says that web purchase should have activated Media Center on my PC automatically, but I see in Help/Registration Info that I am still unregistered. I've tried several times through Paypal support page with Paypal transaction # and my email address, but it says that you could not authenticate my transaction… What should I do?

Sorry for the problem.  Once in a while, Paypal puts a hold on a transaction for about a day.  We'll check later this morning.

You could check your Paypal account if you haven't.

You have a valid license.

Try restoring your license again, using IE this time:
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

Be sure to run the .mjr file at the end to install the license.
