Title: plug in for pocket pc 2002

I keep trying to download the plug in for pocket pc and I get a message that it failed to install the plug in.  What am I doing wrong?

      Do you have Microsoft ActiveSync installed in your pc? If not, you can download it from
http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/pocketpc/downloads/activesync35.asp
