Title: Ripping a CD question...
Post by: JIMV on January 10, 2012, 02:18:53 pm
This might sound like a dumb question, and probably is, but. I have noted that a few of my CD's, when ripped as FLAC files, have a bit of grit/distortion in the upper end on playback. Is the digital recording affected by any sort of level setting on encode? If so how do I get to it? If the problem is distortion of a good file on playback, how to I adjust for that?
