Title: Struggling with category view

I say good day. I am having difficulty displaying my albums in category view. I want them displayed (cover art) sorted by [artist-album-date] but somehow they always get bunched together by artist or by date. Thank you for any help.

What are you current sort by and group by settings?

In the Albums tab at the top of the Album display, click on Albums, select Sort By, and Customize and sort by artist, then album, then date. Personally, I sort first by genre, then by artist and album. In Thumbnails, select Thumbmail Text and you can but in the appropriate labels below each cover. Note you can now use html markups to do bold, color, italics and underling.

It's written by Marco, one of Interact's power users. I found it incredibly helpful in my own learning process; MC has a huge array of customizable view options and once you get the hang of it it is easy to set up very useful view schemes.
