Try setting wapapi to exclusive mode in output mode settings.

thanks for your advise, my JRiver now is able to play 24/96 music, however, there is a problem occurred, there a heavy noise which last for one to two seconds in the gap seconds between two songs, it's sounds like "sha", am I set something wrong? When I was playing through Foobar 2000, it's silence in those seconds between two songs when playing the same 24/96 music.

Try adjusting the buffer for WASAPI to a lower setting.
There is also an option to "flush the buffer".

Thanks for your help, it's a bit better, not the "Sha" noise still occurred.
could you share your options selections with me for my reference? thanks!
