Windows 7, the function Slow-Motion (minimize & maximize) don't working with Media Center?

Do you understand?

This effect don't working with Media Center. Why?

I am using Win 7.

Differences you see are probably because MC emulates Windows Aero support - it manages its own window, including snap functionality.
