Title: Flashing on dialogues with background

When importing tv data among other things the dialog flashes white as the busy animation does it's thing where there is a skinned background like with '2nd Stage'

Noticed this on my HTPC too while ripping DVD's.  Switched skins to Noire Glass (for example) and it seemed to go away.
