Title: Finding/Changing small cover files
Post by: gottwavo on February 06, 2012, 08:56:41 am
Is there a way to list/identify albums with small cover files (let's say anything below 300x300 pixels) in MC 17 and then try to find better images? Or do I have to do this outside by scanning the cover art directory?

Create a smartlist and import:
[Media Type]=[image] [Width]=<=300 [Height]=<300 ~sort=[Name]

Ok, I did that. But this is the image not connected to the mp3 file. I thought it might be possible to find it with the music file and then modify the cover ...

This quote might help:

... Mr ChriZ's "script to save cover art size" can import the cover art dimensions to custom "width" and "height" library fields. I have explained how the size can be displayed in a single calculated "kilopixel" field:

The files in this screenshot are audio files.

Thanks!

I will give this a try.
