Title: crashing repeated at in_mp4.dll even after reboot win7-64

version 17.0.82 is crashing repeatedly even after a rebbot with an error of  fault at in_mp4.dll---anyone on this or have any suggestions for a workaround, can't use the program if it crashes every few minutes

Please use Help > Logging.

Look for 'crashing' in the previous log after a crash.  What file was it working on just before the crash?

Send a copy of the problem file to matt at jriver dot com.
