Title: Deinterlacing DVDs

I can't figure out the best way to enable deinterlacing in MC 17.

Deinterlacing is automatic with Media Center.  You could toggle between Red October Standard and HQ, but both provide deinterlacing.

Unfortunately sometimes interlacing artifacts are baked into a DVD.  I think this happens when the creators of the DVD use a bad deinterlacer to master the content.
