Title: How to reimport a delete file from library?

I am almost new to this forum and can't deal yet with all it possibilities.
Please help on this subject:
I have two new albums on my music, bought from DHTracks. They came with problems, but I only was aware of it, after importing them to MC. Then, I deleted them from library.
Once the albums were re-downloaded from HDTracks and became OK, I tried to import them again to MC, but they were not, because they (the old ones) were removed from the library. I checked carefully all the possibilities, but I couldn't find a way to fix it.
What can I do to import them again to MC?
Please, if possible, let me know how to proceed on a step by step basis, since I am not very experienced on computers. I have Windows 7, 64 BT.

Go File>Library>Import A Single Folder>browse to your folder(s) ad MAKE SURE that "Ignore Files Previously Removed From Library" is NOT checked. Click Finish.

You might also want ot check your Auto Import options. File>Library>Import>Configure Auto-Import>check that all your music is covered in the listed paths and that Fix Broken Links is set to Yes (probably to protect server network files too, your call)
