I need a little bit of help. I certainly enjoy Media Center 17. Wonderful program. I had read with interest on the Head-Fi.org forums about a third-party VST plug-in called TB Isone. I've never tried to install a plug-in, but several followers of that forum had indicated that it was compatible with J River Media Center. Since I often listen with headphones I thought this would be interesting to try. I downloaded the plug-in from the developer's website. My understanding is that installing this is pretty simple. In JRiver's plug-in manager I clicked on DSP plug-ins and then clicked the box "Add Plug-In" then select "Browse for Plug-In" at which time I find it and click on the.dll file. Then I get an error message from J River stating that it failed to install the plug-in. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Try adding the DLL from DSP Studio > Manage Plug-ins... (lower left) > Add...

No luck. Same error message. Any other ideas?
Thanks.

If you'll email a copy of the plugin to matt at jriver dot com, I'll take a look.
I'll delete it once we're done trouble-shooting.
Thanks.

Wow. Thanks for the quick reply. It's on it's way.

Even if you have a 64-bit OS you still need to download the 32-bit VST plugin since JRiver is 32-bit.

Thanks, Matt. That did it. I appreciate you.

Glad you got it working.
To be fair, it was mojave that helped. I was going to look in the debugger tomorrow, but mojave outsmarted me (as usual).
