Turn on Logging (under Help tab). Perhaps you can catch the error and send to JRiver.
Also, check the logging under Windows Event Viewer. You may find the issue is with Windows. A recent automatic update caused my system to crash. I had to remove the update and reinstall MC to get everything stable again. Lastly, there have been problems with Microsoft Security Essentials program - if you have this, try disabling it to see if it is root of your problem.
Good luck.

There was an OGG crash present for a build that's fixed in the latest.
Please update to the latest build from the top of this board.
Thanks.

I've been a user of Media Jukebox for a long time and today I finally decided to download Mediacenter 17.
Being utterly satisfied with Jukebox I had the greatest expectations. But unfortunately it keeps crashing. Normally I would give it up, but it looks so gorgeous that I re-installed it three times.
But in vain... Herewith the specs of my system.

I really hope we can get this settled.

Bodtje,
Please use Help > Logging to get a crash log.
Then start a new thread with the results.
Also, make sure you're on the latest build.
Thanks.
