I've been a user of Media Jukebox for a long time and today I finally decided to download Mediacenter 17.
Being utterly satisfied with Jukebox I had the greatest expectations. But unfortunately it keeps crashing. Normally I would give it up, but it looks so gorgeous that I re-installed it three times.
But in vain... Herewith the specs of my system.
Operating System
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i7 870 @ 2.93GHz 37 °C
Lynnfield 45nm Technology
RAM
8.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Dell Inc. 0G3HR7 (CPU 1)
Graphics
DELL ST2220L @ 1920x1080
ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series
LogMeIn Mirror Driver
Hard Drives
1465GB Seagate ST31500341AS (Unknown) 39 °C
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50
TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-H653H
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio
I'm not sure if I can include the latest log file from Media Center here, because it's rather lengthy.
I really hope we can get this settled.
Cheers,
Bodtje

After a crash, restart and look at the 'Previous log'.
Does it have the word 'crashing' at the end? If so, post that line and a couple hundred lines up from that here.
Thanks.

I can't find the word 'crashing' in the log file. And the file is too long to post.
Is it possible to attach it here?
Thanks,
Bodtje

OK thanks, Matt
It runs now for about 10 minutes and everything seems OK.
I think you've made someone happy today :D
