Title: j river and marian 8/16 sound card

hi, i want yo buy this sound card (http://www.marian.de/en/products/trace_out_816) that allow to use 4 s/pdif (2 channel max 24/192) and connect my htpc to a meridian processor (g68) that has 3 s/pdif input (front + center/sub + rear).
I spoke with marian's support and they told me that on j river (or other software) i can chose only an output of the TRACE out as stereo pairs. (Trace out 1-2, Trace out 3-4 etc.).
So, when i watch movie there is the possibility to select multiple outputs?

You need to make sure you can output 8 channels at once with a single open (possibly using ASIO).

If you can only output stereo (so need to open the sound card 4 times to get 8 channels), it won't work well.

No, isn't what i'm looking for. Is There
someone That can share is confg  whit lynx or rme card?
