Title: How To: Copy Individual MP3 etc Songs From Disc back into Media Library?
Post by: Rusty on May 10, 2002, 04:12:59 am
Greetings - Excuse me for being a dummy but ...

I had to re-install Windows 98 & therefore before I wiped my hard drive, I had to burn most of my Media Library onto discs as MP3 & WMA files mostly.

Now how exactly do I go about copying individual songs from these discs back into my Media Library as I don't won't to re-import the whole lot as they just take up tooo much room?

Thank you very much to anyone who can assist.

Kindest regards - Rusty - athertonbackpack@hotmail.com

Import the cd with mp3 or wma in MJ.Each song you want to keep, click on it in the large rigth window, chose move/copy.Chose copy, to a folder of your choice on your hard drive
After that ,you will just have to clear your libary, and import the copied songs from the folder.
It takes the same time than when you copy a file from one place to an other with Explorer
