Title: Gizmo Q - Are songs streamed or downloaded then played?

When playing a song using Gizmo on my mobile phone, does it:
1) Stream the song in "real time" or does it
2) Download each song then play it

The reason I ask is in monitoring the bandwidth useage on a phone over the mobile network it seemed to use about 25MB for 3 songs over a few minutes (one of while I then skipped when playing).

At least Video is streamed in real time, i would be surprised if audio behaved much different.
