Love MJ 8.0 but there is one feature I really miss that both Real JukeBox & RealOne both have...
* The option to play back a file after ripping a CD is done.
I have recorded my own voice Saying "Well guess what everybody, your Real JukeBox recordings are done... at last".
This, in combination with the CD tray opening after ripping is done, gets my attentind no matter if I am in the room or not. I am often doing other things while the ripping is going on & sometimes forget about the new ripping.

Doc,
It's a good idea. Please post to the wish list. No more features will be added to version 8. We are working only on bugs and especially on anything that causes stability problems.
How about a kitchen timer as a work-around?
Thanks,
Jim

DocLotus is rigth. It was very convenient to have "play a sound when cd is rip"
Even more for the people not using they computer during ripping to be sure not to get skips and artifacts
Will vote for this "wish" or post it myself
The kitchen timer requires that you create a very complex timing table:format, kind of music, length of the record.Kind of Doof or Scronch stuff, not for small people like us
Can you rip for hours and hours with MJ?Or better to give him a break from time to time?
My "pre-MJ jukebox time" rj|PLS| had need for a break after 2 or 3 hours
